About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prepare and participate in project reviews with clients and management
- Communicate relevant project information to superiors and escalate potential risks within the specialization
- Ensure projects comply with company standards, policies, procedures, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Perform data analysis and build reports for reviews and staffing forecasts, including project utilization, resource optimization, and project/resource reviews
- Collaborate with the program manager to identify requirements and expectations for end-to-end enterprise talent solutions
- Provide regular updates on direct recruitment activity, including roles filled, cost savings, and candidate-attraction initiatives
- Analyze how the client’s business operates within the specialization
Requirements
