About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support screening and interviews of blue-collar candidates for short-term positions
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and requirements
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through market research and relationship management
- Conduct market research to identify talent trends and inform sourcing strategies for temporary workers
- Identify and research candidates through job boards, social media, and direct outreach
- Develop and maintain relationships with blue-collar candidates throughout the placement process
