About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Screen and interview operational candidates for short-term positions
- Recruit passive candidates and assess local candidate expertise and short-term career potential
- Match candidates to specific client needs, including temporary and order-based staffing requests
- Maintain tracking systems and communicate recruitment metrics for KPI measurement
- Analyze the effectiveness of sourcing channels and adjust approaches to attract operational candidates
- Use job boards, social media, and direct outreach to identify candidates with limited online presence
- Develop relationships with operational candidates and ensure a positive placement experience
- Communicate operational job opportunities and client value propositions to candidates
Requirements
What you’ll need- Requires basic conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures within a discipline
- Performs assignments using existing procedures
- Receives guidance and direction from more senior level roles/manager within the discipline
- Contributions are usually limited to task-related activities and standardized procedures and practices
- Ability to exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding
- Availability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Barcelona, Spain
