About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead, coach and develop teams across Design, Warehouse, Assembly and Service Coordination
Analyze operations and identify ways to make them faster, cheaper or simpler
Design and implement process improvements, automations and AI-based workflows
Manage improvement projects from idea through rollout
Define KPIs and build reporting to track them
Work directly with leadership on priorities for company growth
Perform regular in-person work at the Wrocław office and operations site

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience in a tech company, technical product management, technical operations or a similar role
Technically savvy: daily use of AI tools and an engineering mindset
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data, including Excel, SQL, BI tools or similar
Proven experience improving and scaling processes and managing projects end-to-end
Hands-on attitude and willingness to perform the work personally rather than only delegate
Clear communication skills and ability to lead and develop a team while staying hands-on
Good financial understanding and comfort working with budgets and operational costs
Fluent English (C1 or above)
Polish or German is a plus
Must live in or near Wrocław, or be willing to relocate before starting
