About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Process group reservations promptly and accurately.
  • Search for and book group accommodation options and additional services according to requests.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.
  • Receive and process requests for hotels, other accommodation facilities, transport services, and group excursions worldwide.
  • Negotiate and manage relationships with hotels and other service providers to secure favorable rates and terms.
  • Create customized travel itineraries aligned with clients' interests and budgets.
  • Address and resolve group booking issues and client complaints promptly.
  • Provide partner support for cancellations, changes, relocations, and other post-booking cases.
  • Oversee documentation.
  • Integrate technology into reservation processes.
  • Perform reporting and analysis.
  • Plan for emergency responses.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in group travel management, concierge agency, TMC, DMC or tour operator companies.
  • Knowledge of the bases of hotels in Russian Federation and popular destinations.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of travel-related regulations and compliance.
  • Proficient in travel management software and tools.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of English on at least Upper-Intermediate level (both spoken and written).
  • Ability to work under heavy load.
  • Responsible, stress-resistant, attentive person.
