About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Maintain and develop collaborative relationships with existing and newly contracted partners, including tour operators, travel agencies, travel management companies, and online travel agencies, increasing partner performance and engagement.
  • Collaborate with sales to identify, assess, and support growth opportunities in the defined territory, contributing expertise on market trends and partner needs.
  • Conduct follow-up communications with current and prospective partners to provide system training and enhance platform understanding and utilization.
  • Position and promote the client’s brand within the travel trade sector through product presentations and representation at relevant industry networking events.
  • Advise on resolving incident-related matters affecting partners, facilitating support and timely communication between involved parties.
  • Oversee payment-related processes, including transaction verification and control, and recommend improvements to payment-operation accuracy and integrity.
  • Prepare and submit regular comprehensive reports using the client’s CRM and internal systems, providing analysis and insights on partner activities, market developments, and relevant metrics.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 1 year of successful experience in account or customer management, or in business development for B2B companies within the travel industry.
  • Understanding of the region's travel market, including B2B travel networks (tour operators, travel agencies, travel management companies, OTAs).
  • Fluent in English, and either Lithuanian, Latvian or Polish; other languages are advantageous.
  • Up to 10% of travel time may be required.
  • Data-driven decision-making, metrics-driven, and good with numbers.
  • Proactive, ambitious, motivated, action-oriented, results-focused, appetite for innovative technology, comfortable with the fast-changing business environment, teamplayer.
  • Ability to understand and work across a wide range of cultural contexts reflecting ETG’s global presence.
