About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Proactively approach and acquire hospitals, hospital groups, and medical care centers (MVZs) to develop long-term partnerships for RayaSERVICE
  • Maintain and follow up on contacts, activities, and opportunities in the HubSpot CRM system
  • Support the sales process from initial outreach through follow-up discussions
  • Assist with the preparation and participation in trade fairs, conferences, and events
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of sales and marketing campaigns, such as mailings, call campaigns, and webinars
  • Generate leads and develop the sales pipeline
  • Analyze clinical workflows and identify potential customer challenges, such as capacity constraints, night and weekend coverage, and reporting backlogs
  • Ensure the structured handover of qualified leads to the next stage of the sales process
  • Work with a KPI-driven approach using CRM and analytics tools to help reshape radiology and improve healthcare delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed degree or vocational training in business administration or a medical field
  • Experience in sales or inside sales in a B2B environment
  • Previous experience in healthcare or hospital settings is a plus, but not required
  • Confident, customer-focused, and professional communication skills in phone calls, video calls, and emails
  • Ability to communicate with stakeholders at various levels of seniority
  • Structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
  • Enjoy working toward clear goals and KPIs
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, ideally HubSpot
  • Openness to new tools and digital ways of working
  • Highly motivated to acquire new customers, particularly through cold calling
  • Interest in healthcare, services, and digitalization
