About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Establish and lead governance frameworks for Workday enhancement intake, assessment, prioritisation, and approval
  • Own and manage the change pipeline and roadmap
  • Lead business analysis, including process mapping, requirements elicitation, data analysis, and impact assessments
  • Partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to shape requirements and design Workday solutions
  • Drive end-to-end initiative delivery from design through testing and deployment
  • Manage risks, issues, dependencies, constraints, mitigation, and recovery plans
  • Act as a Workday and HR-process subject matter expert
  • Define initiative vision, outcomes, and success measures
  • Develop and execute stakeholder engagement strategies
  • Plan and manage timelines, resources, and deliverables across concurrent initiatives
  • Collaborate with HRMS, IT, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable improvements aligned with the Workday roadmap

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 6 to 10 years in HR Product Management / HR
  • 10 to 15 years of general experience
  • 3 to 6 years of manager experience
  • Workday experience required; applicants without prior Workday experience will not be considered
  • Advanced Workday Configuration experience
  • Workday Talent Management and Talent Acquisition configuration experience preferred/strongly desired
  • Ability to operate across all Workday modules as needed
  • Strong Project Management and Business Analysis (PM/BA) capability
  • Experience managing demand, governance, prioritisation frameworks, roadmaps, and pipelines
  • Complex business analysis experience, including requirements elicitation, process mapping, data analysis, and end-to-end impact assessment
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Financial Services experience is a plus
  • PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification listed
  • Must not require work visa sponsorship, currently or in the future
  • Less than 25% travel
