About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead creator, talent partnership, esports, and athlete strategies across Razer’s Console division
- Serve as marketing lead for Console Audio, Console Controllers, and Mobile
- Own Console category partnerships across influencers, esports, talent, and athletes
- Align Regional and Global Marketing, KOLs, Social, Paid Media, Gaming Partnerships, Ecommerce, and Product Marketing teams around shared objectives and measurable outcomes
- Develop and manage creator, influencer, esports, and athlete strategies tied to the Console portfolio, NPI launches, partnerships, and major campaigns
- Recruit and manage creators, ambassadors, and KOLs; leverage creator ecosystems and seeding programs; measure performance
- Translate brand and business objectives into measurable creator programs driving engagement, visibility, adoption, revenue, and sales impact
- Develop go-to-market plans for influencer programs, NPI launches, FPS and Console game releases, esports leagues, and tournaments
- Manage high-profile creator and talent integrations from planning through execution, including negotiations, content coordination, activations, and product launches
- Build relationships with gaming creators, streamers, esports organizations, athletes, entertainers, agents, and talent representatives
- Set seeding briefs and monthly seeding targets for sustain and NPI launches
- Develop strategic partnerships with game publishers and platform partners
- Use influencer and pro-player feedback to inform the Console product roadmap
- Partner cross-functionally with Paid Media, Regional and Global Marketing, Community, Brand, eCommerce, Business Development, and external partners
- Manage agency partners and oversee campaign execution
- Measure campaign performance across awareness, engagement, conversion, revenue, and ROI; recommend optimizations using consumer insights and analytics
- Lead marketing planning and business reviews; present performance and recommendations to executive leadership
- Manage multiple high-visibility initiatives amid compressed timelines and shifting priorities
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 8 years of product management and marketing experience in the consumer electronics industry
- Streaming product line marketing experience highly preferred; gaming experience a big plus
- Experience developing and overseeing execution of marketing plans
- Experience with PC or consumer electronics sales channels: retail, direct, online, and distribution
- Ability to write marketing copy and provide creative design direction for digital marketing, web merchandising, print ads, video, and graphics
- Experience developing detailed marketing plans and articulating strategy and success requirements
- Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage multiple concurrent tasks and projects
- Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills, including interaction with executive management
- Preferred experience working in a global company with stakeholders across countries and time zones
- Microsoft Office experience: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- College degree in marketing or another related discipline, or equivalent experience
- Travel required up to 25%
