About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide project management delivery, including overall supervision, planning, and administration, for CALA Real Estate Operations
- Ensure internal clients receive professional services for construction and maintenance of the CALA office portfolio
- Collaborate with business and functional contacts to implement Project and Facilities Management initiatives
- Ensure governance and compliance for all projects following the CRE Project & PM Delivery playbook
- Support team members in successfully completing projects and maintaining strong governance
- Act as the single point of contact with local business units for CALA CRE project activities
- Coordinate with CRE Facilities and PM teams to facilitate on-site execution
- Oversee third-party small project delivery and validate completion against contract deliverables
- Ensure appropriate project documentation and governance controls are in place
- Coordinate requirements and approvals with regional stakeholders, local CRE Facilities Management teams, and third-party consultants
- Monitor and execute project controls in accordance with CRE Operations & PM Functional Playbooks
- Facilitate program operating group meetings for construction projects
- Track, monitor, and report project-related financials and identify cost savings and avoidance opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Real Estate, Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, or related field
- Excellent project management skills and ability to learn and act in a fast-paced client environment
- Ability to develop and deepen mid- and senior-management-level client relationships
- Knowledge of construction, architecture, or design details
- Excellent communication skills dealing with real estate vendors, professionals, and tradesmen
- Proficiency with Microsoft suite of products
- Experience with a financial services firm is nice-to-have
- Strategic thinking and excellent interpersonal skills to work across functions and businesses is nice-to-have
