Key responsibilities & impact

Own and prioritize the squad's backlog against platform adoption, migration, and client experience outcomes
Write clear stories and acceptance criteria; communicate trade-off decisions
Partner with engineering, design, and architecture as an embedded squad member
Lead agile ceremonies and maintain a visible delivery plan
Work with partner line-of-business, product, and technology teams to understand constraints and unblock integrations
Build and maintain documentation, self-service tooling, and onboarding assets
Instrument and report on adoption, authentication success, latency, and incident metrics
Ensure proper monitoring and reporting to meet audit expectations
Manage login IDs and passwords, digital enrolment and password resets, trusted-device adoption, and data intelligence capabilities

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years in product ownership, product management, business analysis, or a comparable role delivering digital or technology products
Comfort working across business and technology, including API-level conversations and executive-readable summaries
Experience in agile delivery with genuine backlog ownership
Strong stakeholder skills
Clear, concise written and verbal communication
Baseline understanding of authentication, SSO, or identity concepts and appetite to go deeper
High personal ownership and resilience
Change management experience, working closely with enablement teams
Bilingualism (English and French) required
Experience with platform, API, or internal-customer products
Familiarity with SSO, OIDC/OAuth 2.0, SAML, MFA, or CIAM platforms
Prior involvement in a system migration, decommissioning, or consolidation program
Financial services, fintech, or payments background
SQL, analytics tooling, or experimentation experience
Agile certification (CSPO, SAFe POPM) or equivalent applied experience
