About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and execute partner marketing programs across referral, channel, technology, and platform partners
- Develop account-based campaigns targeting partner customer bases and priority accounts
- Partner with Partnerships and Sales to prioritize marketing investment based on pipeline potential and strategic fit
- Plan and deliver joint campaigns, events, webinars, and other co-marketing initiatives from concept through measurement
- Develop partner positioning, messaging, enablement, and campaign content aligned with Reach’s brand and competitive narrative
- Own partner marketing performance reporting, including sourced and influenced pipeline, campaign engagement, and partner performance
- Serve as the marketing point of contact for partner teams, keeping initiatives aligned and moving forward
- Grow partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline
- Launch consistent co-marketing initiatives contributing to measurable pipeline
- Establish a data-informed framework for prioritizing partner marketing investment
- Work closely with the VP of Marketing, Partnerships, and Sales teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4–7 years of B2B marketing experience, including meaningful experience in partner, channel, or field marketing within SaaS, FinTech, payments, or a related industry
- Experience building or significantly scaling partner marketing programs—not simply executing an established playbook
- Strong experience working directly with external partner marketing and sales teams
- Excellent writing and content skills with the ability to develop campaign briefs, messaging, and webinar content hands-on
- Experience with account-based marketing and using CRM and marketing data to prioritize opportunities and measure results
- Strong cross-functional communication skills and the ability to navigate competing priorities
- Experience in payments, cross-border ecommerce, or the Merchant of Record space is an asset
