About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the partner relationship end to end, including onboarding plans, weekly cadence, quarterly business reviews, escalations and renewal readiness
  • Serve as the single accountable contact for an enterprise business partner
  • Define success metrics with the partner, build dashboards and reports, and act on data proactively
  • Coordinate product, engineering, marketing and design requests on the partner’s behalf and track them to completion
  • Brief, coordinate and QA creative and campaign assets; keep them on brand and on schedule, confirm launch and performance
  • Pull reports, reconcile numbers, identify anomalies, and present findings with recommendations
  • Maintain partner playbooks, meeting notes, decision logs and status documentation
  • Use Claude and similar AI tools for analysis, drafting, call summaries, reporting and routine follow-up
  • Maintain reachability during the partner’s business hours and attend in-person partner, customer and management meetings as required

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3 to 7 years in customer success, account management or technical account management at a B2B SaaS or platform company serving enterprise accounts, with outcomes you were held to and can name
  • Highly technical: understand APIs, webhooks, data feeds and integrations well enough to read the docs and logs, diagnose a broken integration alongside an engineer, and explain the fix to a partner in plain language
  • Comfortable in the data: advanced spreadsheets and a BI or dashboard tool such as Looker, Tableau, Metabase, Power BI or similar
  • Hands-on technical work, such as SQL queries, scripts, testing APIs in Postman, building automations, setting up integrations or tracking, or building tools with AI
  • Daily use of AI tools such as Claude in your working routine, and ability to show what you do with them
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional delivery, including creative or marketing assets, against deadlines
  • Clear written and spoken communication, calm under escalation, and bias toward fixing rather than reporting
  • Based in the Las Vegas area, or relocating before your start date
  • Authorized to work in the US
  • Background check as appropriate for a regulated operator
  • Helpful but not required: industry experience in technical B2B SaaS serving platform-integrated partners
  • Helpful but not required: background as a technical account manager, solutions engineer or implementation lead
  • Helpful but not required: working understanding of marketing and hands-on experience with outcomes in consumer B2C apps
  • Helpful but not required: CRM or success platform and ticketing tool experience

Benefits

Comp & perks
  • $4,000-$5,000 per month for about 20-25 hours a week, on a 1099 contract to start, based on experience
  • Room to grow into a full-time role as we add partners
  • One partner, not a 30-account book: depth over volume
  • Direct access to leadership and to an in-house AI/API platform; small team, many hats, decisions made quickly and written down
