About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the creation, maintenance, and growth of multifamily SaaS product offerings for a specific product area.
- Create product vision, strategy, and roadmap for product modules, add-on products, or similar offerings.
- Lead process modeling and translate customer needs into requirements.
- Plan, design, and analyze user requirements for development.
- Break down requirements into epics, features, stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Identify cross-product dependencies and impacts.
- Conduct internal or external demos as needed.
- Analyze and triage product maintenance issues.
- Identify and resolve core problems, suggest process improvements, and review technical solutions.
- Coordinate and monitor multiple Scrum teams as Product Owner.
- Oversee Scrum team backlog creation and refinement.
- Plan, prioritize, and organize multiple work streams.
- Interact with customers through discovery and user groups.
- Collaborate with engineering across a global organization.
- Report to a Director, Product Management.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5-8 years experience in Product Management
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Visio and/or user interface design tools.
- Ability to operate a personal computer.
- Ability to express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word.
- May be required to lift or move 10+ pounds.
- Ability to perform the listed physical demands, including standing, walking, sitting, reaching, climbing stairs, talking, hearing, and sitting and/or standing for long periods.
- Required vision abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
