About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for RealPage's Conversational AI product suite.
Lead product strategy execution across ideation, development, launch, post-launch adoption, and iteration.
Conduct market and competitive research to identify trends, customer pain points, and innovation opportunities.
Partner with Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success on product development, go-to-market strategies, and sales enablement.
Engage customers to gather insights, validate product concepts, and drive adoption of new products and features.
Manage and mentor Product Managers and Business Analysts.
Champion ethical and responsible use of AI technologies.

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
3+ years of experience directly managing and developing high-performing product management teams.
Deep understanding of and passion for artificial intelligence, including AI governance principles and best practices.
Knowledge of machine learning concepts and applications.
Proven experience with AI-driven techniques and technologies.
Strong familiarity with Generative AI, including Large Language Models (LLMs), fine-tuning methodologies, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and model context protocols.
Proven ability to develop and execute successful product strategies and roadmaps.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and customers.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
Willingness to travel occasionally as required.
Experience in the multifamily PropTech space is a strong plus.
