About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide holistic mental healthcare, including diagnostic and medication management.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans following clinical guidelines and best practices.
- Collaborate with mental health professionals to provide comprehensive, coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records according to legal and ethical standards.
- Help shape treatment philosophy and develop clinical policies and procedures.
- Focus on clinical work while the company handles client acquisition, billing, support, and operations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Active and unrestricted license in Kansas (required).
- Active Kansas DEA license (required).
- Currently carry or be willing to obtain independent malpractice liability insurance.
- Experience diagnosing and treating adult ADHD (ages 18+).
- Experience prescribing medication, preferably on a telehealth platform.
- Private and professional environment for conducting sessions.
- Excellent written communication.
- Reliable Internet connection.
- Currently residing in the US.
- Ability to diagnose and prescribe independently.
- Experience prescribing stimulant and non-stimulant medication when necessary and following federal and state laws.
