About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide holistic mental healthcare, including diagnosis and medication management
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans following clinical guidelines and best practices
- Collaborate with mental health professionals to provide comprehensive, coordinated care
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records according to legal and ethical standards

Requirements
What you’ll need- Active and unrestricted license in Iowa (required)
- Active Iowa DEA license (required)
- Currently carry or be willing to obtain independent malpractice liability insurance
- Experience diagnosing and treating adult ADHD patients aged 18+
- Experience prescribing stimulant and non-stimulant medication in accordance with federal and state laws
- Experience prescribing medication, preferably on a telehealth platform
- Ability to diagnose and prescribe independently
- Private and professional environment for conducting sessions
- Excellent written communication
- Reliable Internet connection
- Currently residing in the US

- $120 hourly pay structure: $90 for 45-minute diagnosis and medication management; $60 for 30-minute medication management; $30 for 15-minute medication management follow-up
