About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Complete four three-month rotations, including a final Graduate Project rotation across engineering and customer-facing teams
- Learn the software development lifecycle and complete meaningful tasks contributing to product quality from Day 1
- Design, develop and support new product features across rotations, including opportunities with AI/ML technologies
- Learn and apply AI coding tools such as Claude Code or GitHub Copilot
- Use AI to accelerate learning, debugging and documentation
- Build applied-AI capability while validating AI output under human supervision
- Work in an agile environment and contribute to a culture of learning and teaching
- Build technical foundations, product knowledge and delivery discipline leading to a junior engineering role
Requirements
What you’ll need- A Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or relevant degree (recent graduate)
- A genuine passion for technology and learning
- The ability to communicate technical concepts clearly
- Eligibility to work full time in the relevant jurisdiction for the duration of the program
- You will need to pass a police background check to be eligible for employment at RecordPoint
