About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide high-quality individual therapy services to adults and adolescents in the Outpatient Program
- Provide individual and family therapy through a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform
- Complete intake processes for assigned caseloads
- Develop individualized treatment plans collaboratively with clients
- Complete clinical documentation within required timeframes
- Conduct suicide intervention and crisis planning
- Maintain compliant electronic medical records according to licensing regulations and company standards
- Assist and cover for other staff as needed
- Complete assessment tools within appropriate timeframes
- Deliver 20–30 direct client services per week
- Achieve an average client satisfaction rating of 4.3 out of 5 or higher
- Complete documentation within 48 hours of service occurrence
- Document and adhere to processes for higher-level-of-care recommendations and high-risk reporting
- Participate in educational training, orientations, and compliance programs
- Use computers, telephones, printers, fax machines, company network, and email systems
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
- Must hold an active qualifying addiction certification: APIT, IAAP, ICACI, ICACII, NCAC I, NCAC II, or CADAC II-V
- 2+ years of experience providing clinical services in mental health
- Experience and training in at least one evidence-based practice, such as EMDR, DBT, or CT
- Microsoft Office proficiency, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong computer skills meeting Microsoft Office and Electronic Health Record software requirements
- Ability to read, write, and spell in English legibly and with minimal grammatical or communication errors
- Availability to work Monday-Friday shifts, including 12:30pm-9:00pm and 8:30am-5:00pm
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings, as required
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 lbs
- Ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks and interruptions, manage conflicting priorities, and function independently with flexibility
