About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide high-quality individual therapy services to adults and adolescents in the Outpatient Program
- Provide individual and family therapy through a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform
- Complete intake processes for assigned caseload clients
- Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients
- Complete clinical documentation within required timeframes
- Conduct suicide intervention and crisis planning
- Maintain compliant electronic medical records according to licensing regulations and company standards
- Complete assessment tools within appropriate timeframes
- Deliver 20–30 direct client services per week
- Support client satisfaction, documentation, chart audit, and high-risk reporting performance standards
- Assist and cover for other staff as needed
- Participate in educational training, orientations, and compliance programs
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and applicable state and federal laws
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
- 2+ years of experience providing clinical services in mental health
- Experience and training in at least one evidence-based practice, such as EMDR, DBT, or CT
- Familiarity with telehealth services and HIPAA-compliant virtual meeting platforms
- Training in evidence-based practice
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Experience with Electronic Health Record software
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities, multiple tasks, interruptions, and high-pressure situations
- Ability to work independently and flexibly
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds
- Ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods
- Availability for the specified Monday-Friday shift schedule
