About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Inkomende en uitgaande oproepen behandelen
- Klanten helpen via e-mail en telefoon met vragen over het gebruik, de bestelling, terugbetaling en omruiling van servicecheques
- Ondersteunen bij registratie, inloggen en het wijzigen van persoonlijke gegevens op de website
- Problemen met bestellingen en betalingen onderzoeken en oplossen
- Klanten helpen bij de aanvraag van fiscale attesten voor hun belastingaangifte
- Fungeren als schakel tussen regio's, dienstverlenende bedrijven en klanten
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimaal een diploma secundair onderwijs
- Vloeiend Nederlands of Vlaams spreken en schrijven
- Goede talenkennis Engels
- Handig met pc's en MS Office
- Bij voorkeur ervaring met CRM-systemen
- Communicatief, analytisch, positief, flexibel en goed in multitasken
- Ervaring in een contact center is een plus
- Moet in Griekenland wonen of gaan wonen
