About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Behandelen van inkomende en uitgaande oproepen
- Administratie regelen rondom dienstencheques
- Klanten helpen via mail en telefoon met vragen over het gebruik, de bestelling, terugbetaling en omruiling van cheques
- Ondersteunen bij registratie, inloggen en wijzigen van persoonlijke gegevens op de website
- Problemen met bestellingen en betalingen onderzoeken en oplossen
- Klanten helpen bij de aanvraag voor fiscale attesten
- Fungeren als schakel tussen regio's, schoonmaakbedrijven en klanten
Requirements
What you’ll need- Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands/Vlaams en hebt een goede talenkennis Engels
- Minimaal een diploma secundair onderwijs
- Handig met pc's, MS Office en bij voorkeur CRM-systemen
- Ervaring in een contact center is een plus
- Communicatief, luistert écht, denkt analytisch, blijft positief, bent flexibel en kunt multitasken
