About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Convert inbound leads into signed service contracts and meet monthly/quarterly revenue targets
- Conduct consultative discovery calls with international businesses entering or expanding in Indonesia
- Evaluate client business models and deliver tailored commercial proposals
- Explain Indonesian regulatory landscapes to C-level executives and international legal teams
- Structure regulatory roadmaps for product entry into Indonesia
- Assess licensing feasibility, local-partner requirements, Foreign Direct Investment restrictions, and local manufacturing/packaging requirements
- Advise on BPOM, Halal, PKRT, ALKES, trade and import rules, KBLI rules, TKDN, and operating licenses
- Work with the internal team to ensure timely service delivery and meet client expectations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be a foreign national (non-Indonesian citizen) currently based in Bali or working in Bali
- Complete and valid documentation to legally reside and/or work in Indonesia, including a valid visa/work permit or other applicable immigration documents
- 4–7+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate services, market entry strategy, or commercial regulatory advisory focused on Indonesia
- Proven experience engaging senior international stakeholders and closing high-value service contracts through consultative advisory
- Practical understanding of Indonesian corporate structures (PT PMA, KPPA, Local PT) and the OSS-RBA system
- Deep familiarity with BPOM, Kemenkes, and Kemendag regulatory pathways
- Understanding of Indonesian trade law, including distribution versus retail activities, foreign ownership restrictions, and distribution restrictions
- Strong commercial instinct
- Exceptional English communication skills, written and spoken
- Ability to simplify complex legal and regulatory hurdles into structured strategic choices
