About the role

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience selling software solutions
  • Ability to build long-term customer relationships
  • Ability to explain complex solutions clearly and understandably
  • Interest in culture, museums, or archives
  • Structured, self-directed approach to work
  • Confident in working with a range of stakeholders
  • Excellent German communication skills
  • Proficient in English for collaboration with international colleagues
  • Patient, consultative sales approach rather than aggressive selling
  • Ability to build trust and think long term
  • Enjoy supporting people through change processes
  • Curious and open to new technologies
  • Experience with public tenders, cultural institutions, or complex software projects is a plus
  • English-language CV preferred
