About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Extract, cleanse, model, and analyze data from different sources
- Develop and maintain analytical solutions, dashboards, and reports
- Support the creation of business indicators, monitoring trends, deviations, and opportunities for improvement
- Conduct exploratory analyses to identify patterns, behaviors, and operational opportunities
- Use Artificial Intelligence tools to accelerate analyses, requirements documentation, insight generation, and task automation
- Support process and routine automation initiatives using Power Platform, Power Automate, generative AI, and other technologies
- Collaborate with business areas to understand needs, translate problems into analyses, and propose data-driven solutions
- Ensure data quality, reliability, and governance through validation, monitoring, and controls
- Contribute to promoting a data-driven culture and Analytics best practices across the organization
Requirements
What you’ll need- Knowledge of Power BI
- Knowledge of SQL for querying and manipulating data
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
- Knowledge of data modeling and KPI development
- Analytical skills and logical reasoning
- Ability to turn data into business recommendations
- Experience with or exposure to Generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, among others)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Collaborative, curious, and problem-solving mindset
- Basic knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation (a plus)
- Knowledge of Power Automate and Power Apps (a plus)
