About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and implement innovative teaching methodologies
- Use tools to optimize school services
- Analyze educational data to improve products and services
- Renew and maintain contracts with schools in the assigned portfolio
- Manage sales targets for cross-selling products
- Build relationships with schools and carry out badge migrations
- Manage migration, contract renewal, and contract maintenance targets
- Negotiate with schools
- Conduct educational visits in Minas Gerais and Paraná
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 30 schools in the Minas Gerais and Paraná regions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Languages or a related Education field
- Experience as a language teacher and in bilingual coordination
- Experience in pedagogical advising or consulting (preferred)
- Proficiency in educational technologies and teaching methodologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong interpersonal communication, teamwork, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Availability for extended travel
- Valid driver’s license
- Availability to travel to Minas Gerais and Paraná
