About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work as a subject-matter expert in Red Hat infrastructure and cloud technology
- Advise on best practices for automation, reliability, scalability, maintainability, high availability, and failover setups
- Lead on-site delivery and implementation of Red Hat technology
- Understand customers’ infrastructures and business issues and make environment-appropriate recommendations
- Deliver discovery, analysis, and design workshops influencing customer architecture decisions
- Lead consulting teams through customer pilot and production deployments, workload onboarding, and ongoing lifecycle management
- Collaborate with product business units, product engineering, consulting, support, and sales
- Develop repeatable methodologies and tools to scale Red Hat services, promote repeatable customer engagements, and lower delivery risk
Requirements
What you’ll need- Saudi nationals only
- Prior experience working in consulting and architecture roles
- Good customer-facing skills; ability to present to customers and lead customer interactions
- Excellent knowledge of infrastructure technologies on hands-on delivery and architecture levels
- Experience implementing virtualization and container technologies in an enterprise setting and with enterprise-wide deployments
- Knowledge of Red Hat OpenShift, Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform, and Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)
- Experience onboarding applications and application teams onto cloud or container platforms, introducing DevOps, continuous delivery (CD), and application lifecycle management
- Excellent written and verbal language skills in English
- Willingness to travel across the region up to 100%
- Hands-on AI skills, including model onboarding, LLM tuning, NVIDIA GPU, and networking, considered a plus
- Architecting experience considered a plus
- Red Hat Certifications considered a plus
- Experience with Red Hat OpenShift Virtualization considered a big plus
