About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and develop cloud-ready infrastructure and application architectures
- Lead on-site implementation of Red Hat OpenShift, OpenShift Data Foundation, Smart Management, and Ansible Automation Platform
- Serve as a subject matter expert at customer sites
- Understand customer infrastructure and business needs and recommend solutions
- Help customers build enterprise applications and capabilities around cloud technologies
- Implement and integrate Red Hat open and hybrid cloud solutions
- Build application prototypes using modern development practices and open source technologies
- Manage microservices, API management, web-scale architectures, DevOps engineering, application delivery, container-based continuous delivery, cloud automation, and everything-as-code
- Collaborate with project and customer teams to meet timelines and goals
- Contribute to project documentation, diagrams, ticket management, and bug management
- Mentor customers and existing team members
- Promote automation and DevOps processes to improve cloud lifecycle, uptime, availability, and time-to-market
- Implement cloud solutions using design principles, integration points, and automation methods
- Address complex problems innovatively
Requirements
What you’ll need- Hands-on experience and advanced knowledge of Red Hat OpenShift or underlying components such as Kubernetes and Docker
- Experience developing with containers, preferably with Red Hat OpenShift or other Kubernetes-based platforms
- Deep knowledge of Linux OS; RHEL preferred
- Experience implementing system infrastructure and cloud solutions, including data storage, networking, monitoring, and security
- Ability to apply modern software delivery methods including TDD, BDD, CI, and CD
- Advanced experience working directly with enterprise stakeholders on development and deployment projects
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew
- RHCE certification, DevOps and agile process experience, public cloud experience with AWS or Microsoft Azure, and knowledge of Red Hat application platforms are pluses
