About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead complex consulting engagements from scoping through hands-on deployment
- Build enterprise solutions using Red Hat OpenShift, Ansible, and RHEL
- Advise client stakeholders through workshops and team training
- Embed DevOps, GitOps, and automation best practices
- Build and optimize automated deployment pipelines, continuous integration workflows, and IaC for container clusters
- Partner with Project Managers to define technical scope and mitigate delivery risks
- Present technical findings to varied audiences
- Translate business challenges into scalable technical solutions
- Identify new project opportunities and contribute innovative ideas to engagement teams
- Learn emerging technologies such as AI/MLOps and contribute lessons learned to internal communities of practice
Requirements
What you’ll need- Applied experience with Kubernetes, Red Hat OpenShift, container runtimes, and CI/CD / GitOps workflows
- Strong foundation in Linux system administration, preferably RHEL
- Expertise in public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, virtualization, or Infrastructure-as-Code
- Hands-on experience with Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform for enterprise IT automation and configuration management
- Track record in customer-facing consulting, operations, or technical delivery
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn rapidly, self-direct, and collaborate effectively within matrixed project teams
- Willingness to travel to client sites across EMEA, up to 50% of the time as required
- Fluency in English required
