About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide adoption expertise to Account Solution Architects and Customer Success Executives by reviewing account plans, facilitating workshops, and defining success plan initiatives
Execute technical engagements that drive product adoption, resolve blockers, and align with customer success metrics such as ARR growth and consumption
Review solution architectures for alignment with product best practices and optimize customer environments for adoption
Identify systemic adoption blockers across customers and transform insights into scalable best practices and sales play resources
Collaborate with Account Executives, Account Solution Architects, and Customer Success Executives to overcome technical adoption challenges
Engage with product teams to share Voice of the Customer insights, influence roadmap priorities, and align best practices with customer needs
Track and report engagement outcomes, adoption metrics, and success plan progress
Coordinate activities of other team members and mentor junior staff as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

Ability to independently resolve complex adoption challenges through creative solutioning
Experience assessing technical and organizational barriers
Experience designing tailored enablement strategies
Ability to collaborate with Account Solution Architects, Customer Success Executives, Account Executives, product leaders, and customers
Ability to provide adoption expertise, facilitate workshops, and define success plan initiatives
Ability to execute technical engagements that drive product adoption and resolve blockers
Ability to review solution architectures and optimize customer environments for adoption
Ability to identify systemic adoption blockers and develop scalable best practices and sales play resources
