About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage multiple digital projects concurrently from concept to launch on budget and on schedule
Develop and execute project plans, timelines, estimates and associated documents
Prioritize project deliverables and assignments
Communicate internally and externally to set and manage expectations
Participate in client update meetings and address project update questions
Delegate tasks and responsibilities to multidisciplinary production teams of 5-8 people, including UX, Medical Content, Graphic Design, Animation, Software Development and Quality Assurance
Enforce project schedules and ensure deadlines and launch dates are met
Manage project scope changes, identify potential crises and devise contingency plans
Track, prioritize, manage and report project issues
Assist in developing and enhancing production-based SOPs
Work with functional leads and teams to document and communicate changing resource and project requirements
Provide escalation support for internal and external issues and work with stakeholders to resolve them
Enter daily timesheets accurately and on time

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven success in the strategy, planning, and implementation of client facing digital projects
3-5 years of project management experience in an interactive agency (or equal) setting preferred
Hands-on background in web or mobile development processes and platforms
Experience managing HTML5, Unity, iOS and Android projects is a plus
Track record of delivering projects on time and on budget while maintaining client and team relationships
Experience leading projects in a Scrum or Agile environment is a plus
Working towards or completion of PMP preferred but not required
Knowledge of project management tools, best practices and processes
Experience with project management software, including MS Project and online Project Management tools
Ability to quickly adapt to and learn new technologies and environments
Outstanding facilitation and time management skills
Proven ability to manage several projects concurrently and prioritize competing organizational and project tasks
Excellent conflict resolution skills and ability to negotiate positive outcomes
