About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure smooth invoicing to customers based in the US and Europe
Conduct timely Accounts Receivable follow-ups with customers
Update invoicing and collection records in QuickBooks and Excel tracker
Support India accounting requirements in Tally
Assist India Accounting team members with GST, Income Tax, TDS and other compliance-related matters
Assist in preparing various MIS reports

Requirements

What you’ll need

B.Com / M.Com with 60% and above
5+ years’ experience in Accounting, Accounts Receivables, MIS
Articleship experience with reputed CA firm will be considered
Excellent written and oral English communication
Comfortable holding conversations independently with customer teams based in US & Europe
Good at Excel
Exposure to Tally would be a plus
Smart, confident and eye for detail
