About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Configure business rules in hospital information systems
- Implement new health insurance plans, payers, and commercial rules
- Configure billing, authorization, plan, workflow, and automated posting rules
- Maintain and update corporate master data
- Support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of projects related to hospital information systems
- Identify and correct registration and operational inconsistencies
- Troubleshoot integration and electronic submission (XML) errors
- Create and configure examinations, departments, beds, and other care delivery structures
- Import and update market pricing tables, such as Simpro, Brasíndice, CBHPM, and AMB
- Participate in technical discussions, impact analyses, and the definition of best practices
- Ensure standardization of rules and processes across the institution’s units
- Support initiatives focused on the continuous improvement of operational workflows
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education qualification
- Experience in a hospital environment, billing, business rules, or master data management
- Advanced knowledge of hospital information system configuration
- Experience with billing and authorization rules and health insurance payers
- Knowledge of market pricing tables, such as CBHPM, AMB, Simpro, and Brasíndice
- Analytical ability to assess operational and financial impacts
- Ability to document processes and ensure compliance with established standards
- Knowledge of the Tasy system is desirable
