About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate pharmacy operations and processes with unit supervisors, ensuring standardization and operational efficiency
- Provide technical support to executive leadership, general managers, and operations managers on pharmacy-related matters
- Lead and support the implementation of pharmacy processes, workflows, and best practices across units
- Oversee the maintenance of pharmacy processes, driving continuous improvement and regulatory compliance
- Monitor departmental KPIs and results, proposing actions to optimize performance and achieve targets
- Support the management of strategic projects related to pharmacy operations
- Ensure pharmacy practices are aligned with regulatory requirements, institutional policies, and quality standards
- Foster integration and alignment between operational teams and unit leadership
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy
- Active registration with the Regional Pharmacy Council (CRF)
- Proven experience in people management
- Experience managing and coordinating pharmacy processes
- Experience implementing, maintaining, and improving processes
- Knowledge of KPI, results, and quality management
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with leaders and multidisciplinary teams
