About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Monitor deadlines, deliverables, and dependencies for the workstreams under your responsibility
  • Identify and report project risks, blockers, and deviations
  • Update tracking tools, schedules, and status reports
  • Support system configuration and parameterization
  • Validate operational workflows, calculation rules, and data consistency
  • Support the mapping of processes and the specific characteristics of each unit
  • Monitor go-live and stabilization, and provide user support during system adoption

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Previous experience with medical claims and billing is required
  • Experience in a hospital environment and/or physician payment processes is a plus
