About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead purchasing and contracting processes for materials and services related to the civil engineering category
- Conduct bidding processes and strategic negotiations with suppliers
- Support contract management and ensure projects’ construction and expansion requirements are met
- Develop supplier relationships, pursuing quality, competitiveness, and efficiency in contracting
- Prepare analyses, commercial comparisons, and performance indicator reports for the department
- Work in partnership with internal teams involved in engineering and architecture projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or related fields
- Experience in purchasing, procurement, construction, or engineering
- Intermediate Excel proficiency
- Analytical mindset and strong negotiation skills
