About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead strategic procurement and contracting processes for construction and expansion projects
- Conduct tendering processes, competitive bids, and commercial negotiations
- Develop and maintain relationships with strategic suppliers and partners
- Prepare technical and commercial analyses to support decision-making
- Ensure the best conditions in terms of cost, quality, timelines, and fulfillment of project requirements
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for procurement processes
- Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and other stakeholders involved in the projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Solid experience in procurement and contracting related to civil construction, construction projects, and infrastructure
- Experience with tendering processes and strategic negotiations
- Knowledge of the supplier and engineering services provider market
- Availability to attend initial training during regular business hours
