About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the areas under your responsibility in an integrated manner, translating RME priorities into objectives, plans, metrics, and deliverables.
Manage financial planning, budgeting, cash flow, controllership, and management reporting.
Monitor actuals versus budget, forecasts, and performance indicators, supporting decision-making and financial sustainability.
Oversee Administration, Procurement, Facilities, and supplier management, seeking efficiency, quality, and appropriate use of resources.
Oversee Legal, Compliance, internal controls, audits, and risk management.
Set strategies and priorities for People Management and Culture, including performance, development, employee engagement, retention, and succession.
Integrate workforce planning, organizational structure, headcount, and personnel budgeting.
Manage Technology priorities and resources, promoting improvements and automation to increase operational efficiency.
Lead and develop managers and teams under your responsibility, strengthening integration and accountability for results.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related fields.
Solid experience in Finance, Administration, Controllership, or related areas, including work with complex processes and analytical support for decision-making.
Experience in a leadership position, managing teams, processes, targets, and results across the areas under your responsibility.
Knowledge of risk management, Compliance, and legal interfaces.
Experience in process improvement, performance indicators, controls, and operational efficiency.
Experience in the nonprofit sector, impact businesses, or environments involving project-based financial management and multiple funding sources is preferred.
