About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead projects from end to end, structuring and tracking scope, timelines, budgets, owners, risks, KPIs, and reporting milestones.
- Integrate the different workstreams involved in execution, anticipating dependencies and facilitating alignment among internal teams, clients, partners, and suppliers.
- Monitor delivery execution, addressing delays, deviations, and blockers and implementing corrective actions.
- Track the budget, actuals versus plan, disbursement schedules, and resource utilization.
- Map and monitor risks, analyze scenarios, and structure alternatives and response plans.
- Assess change requests and their impact on scope, timelines, budget, quality, target audiences, and commitments made.
- Lead meetings and alignment sessions with clients, partners, and internal teams, managing expectations, conflicts, decisions, and next steps.
- Track project goals, KPIs, results, and supporting evidence to inform decisions and course corrections.
- Prepare status reports, presentations, and reports for different stakeholders.
- Lead project closeout and translate lessons learned and best practices into improvements to management processes and tools.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Public Management, Social Sciences, Economics, Education, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in project management.
- Experience leading projects end to end, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout.
- Experience managing scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and KPIs.
- Experience building relationships and coordinating with clients, partners, and different internal teams.
- Ability to analyze deviations, develop alternatives, and implement corrective actions within the scope of authority.
- Proficiency with productivity and project management tools such as Google Workspace, ClickUp, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to engage different stakeholders.
- Experience with educational projects is a plus.
- English proficiency is a plus.
