About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and lead integrated annual and quarterly Field, Experiential & Partner Marketing strategies aligned to company growth, regional Sales priorities, and partner objectives
  • Guide regional field marketing plans and prioritize programs and investments against pipeline opportunity, customer engagement, and measurable business impact
  • Provide strategic oversight of corporate events, trade shows, flagship experiences, webinars, and regional programs
  • Empower managers to own end-to-end execution
  • Lead partner marketing strategy across key OEM and alliance relationships
  • Create integrated plans aligning partner priorities, Redesign solutions, campaigns, and field programs
  • Lead strategy and governance for MDF, sponsorships, and partner-funded initiatives, including allocation, utilization, compliance, and measurement
  • Manage the consolidated portfolio and budget across field marketing, corporate events, merchandise, partner marketing, MDF, and sponsorships
  • Make investment decisions based on expected impact and ROI
  • Establish measurement and reporting across pipeline influence, engagement, partner contribution, cost efficiency, and ROI
  • Build scalable operating systems for planning, budgeting, intake, prioritization, execution, and post-program reporting
  • Lead, coach, and develop Field & Experiential and Partner Marketing Managers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience across field, experiential, partner, event, or integrated marketing
  • People leadership experience
  • Demonstrated success building field and partner marketing strategies aligned to company and Sales priorities and contributing to pipeline and revenue goals
  • Strong experience with partner ecosystems, MDF, sponsorships, co-marketing, and partner-funded programs
  • Technology solutions provider experience strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to manage complex marketing portfolios and budgets, prioritize investments, and connect activity to measurable business outcomes
  • Experience building scalable planning, budgeting, measurement, and reporting processes
  • Excellent cross-functional leadership and stakeholder-management skills
  • Ability to partner effectively with Sales, Alliances, OEMs, executives, and Marketing teams
  • Strategic, analytical, and decisive leadership style
  • Ability to set direction while empowering managers to independently execute
