About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Help customers meet technology and business requirements with Redis databases using Redis products, solutions, and services
  • Understand, quantify, and verify customer business needs and specific use cases
  • Work with customer technical teams, including architects, developers, PMOs, and C-level experts, to ensure successful POCs and pilots
  • Collaborate with Sales to develop account strategies, identify new opportunities, and grow existing accounts
  • Present Redis, its capabilities, and technology to customers, highlighting business impact and competitive advantages
  • Use customer feedback to improve product materials and technical best practices
  • Provide feedback to Product Management and R&D teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering, ideally database engineering, for enterprise software
  • Hands-on experience with server-side software development and Linux
  • Experience with scalable and highly available distributed systems
  • BS in Computer Science, B.A., or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Legally eligible to work in the country where the job is located
  • Successful completion of a background check
  • Team player
