About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive the evolution of internal business systems, primarily Microsoft Dynamics 365
Lead initiatives across sales, marketing, customer support, implementation, and operations
Own product outcomes from discovery through adoption
Build relationships with business leaders and end users
Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap
Manage timelines, dependencies, risks, priorities, and trade-offs across multiple initiatives
Apply AI to research synthesis, requirements development, user-story creation, prototyping, data analysis, and stakeholder communication
Champion AI adoption by testing tools and identifying AI and automation opportunities
Lead discovery, process design, user experience, data, solution design, delivery, launch, and adoption
Evaluate business processes and design scalable future-state processes
Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, prototypes, and wireframes
Partner with development teams and implementation partners on configurations, enhancements, and integrations
Define success metrics, measure outcomes, encourage adoption, and communicate value to leadership
Mentor peers and serve as a subject matter expert on internal workflows and product management practices
Work in an Agile development environment using Microsoft Teams and standard office equipment

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field, or the equivalent of six years of experience in a product management position
At least six years of product management experience, including leading complex, cross-functional initiatives at a senior level in a software or technology-focused environment
Demonstrated record of using AI tools, such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Microsoft Copilot, in daily product work
Experience using AI to prototype, automate, or build solutions through AI agents, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, or other AI prototyping platforms
Ability to build trust with and influence senior leaders and a broad group of stakeholders without direct authority
Experience managing multiple initiatives while balancing strategic thinking and tactical execution in a fast-paced Agile environment
Strong product management skills across discovery, prioritization, requirements development, delivery, launch, and outcome measurement
Experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban and tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms
Understanding of systems integration, data mapping, and process optimization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting complex topics clearly to executive audiences
Experience implementing CRM platforms, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications such as Sales, Customer Service, or Project Operations
Experience with Salesforce or similar platforms
Experience consolidating or migrating multiple products or business units onto a common enterprise platform
Experience delivering AI-powered capabilities within enterprise business systems
Working knowledge of Power BI or SQL
Agile or product management certification such as CSPO, SAFe POPM, or a Pragmatic Institute certification
Ability to work from a RedSail office or approved remote workspace
Internet access required
Ability to perform physical activities including sitting, standing, reaching, kneeling, bending, and lifting up to 25 pounds
