About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage a defined portfolio of existing customers and drive its continuous development
- Proactively nurture customer relationships on a regular basis
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term retention
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
- Capture, qualify, and follow up on customer requirements
- Manage customer projects within Redtree
- Coordinate internal stakeholders, including Product Management, Development, and Support
- Identify risks, escalations, and growth opportunities at an early stage
- Present new products, features, and use cases
- Plan, coordinate, and track ongoing customer projects
- Represent customer requirements within Redtree
- Ensure deadlines, alignment, and agreed outcomes are met
- Document and follow up on agreements and action items in a structured manner
- Incorporate customer feedback and market requirements into product development
Requirements
What you’ll need- Excellent understanding of SaaS products and digital applications
- Ability to develop a deep functional understanding of complex products and explain them clearly
- Excellent knowledge of the energy industry, ideally in the municipal utility sector
- Experience managing customer or digital projects
- Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills
- Proactive, structured, and reliable working style
- Ability to connect customer needs, business opportunities, and product capabilities
