Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
  • Must be age 18+ within 30 days of application
  • 1-2 years relevant experience
  • Results oriented
  • Effective written/verbal communication
  • Computer utilization
  • Thorough knowledge of Red Wing Shoe Company’s mission, values, and organization structure (desirable)
  • Profit and loss knowledge (desirable)
  • Problem solving (desirable)
  • Retail footwear knowledge (desirable)
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Ability to bend/squat to lace shoes, lift overhead, twist, climb a ladder, and stand for long periods
  • Ability to perform housekeeping duties, including vacuuming, mopping and waxing floors, washing windows, using disinfectant chemicals, discarding trash, maintaining recycling, and installing/maintaining furniture, fixtures, and displays
  • Satisfactory background check
