About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead end-to-end implementation and enhancement projects supporting procurement Source-to-Order processes
  • Facilitate business process design workshops and requirements gathering sessions
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs
  • Manage project scope, risks, dependencies, testing, deployment, and hypercare activities
  • Drive continuous improvement focused on process efficiency, user experience, automation, and compliance
  • Define future-state procurement capabilities and roadmaps with business stakeholders
  • Own SAP Ariba Buying/Guided Buying, Catalog Management, Approval Workflows, Supplier Lifecycle Management & Risk Management, Spend Analytics and Taxonomy
  • Lead SAP Business Network and Commerce Automation procurement collaboration processes
  • Design and support purchase orders, purchase order confirmations, advance shipping notices, supplier onboarding, and supplier integration strategies
  • Act as procurement functional expert for SAP S/4HANA Materials Management
  • Partner with MM, Finance, Supply Chain, Master Data, Enterprise Architecture, technical teams, vendors, and system integrators
  • Review integration designs and provide functional oversight for testing and defect resolution
  • Coordinate software vendor and system integrator activities and review deliverables
  • Lead SIT, UAT, regression testing, deployment planning, release assessments, and production readiness

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
  • 10+ years of SAP Procurement functional experience
  • 7+ years of SAP Ariba experience
  • Experience delivering enterprise software projects in manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, or operations environments
  • Experience collaborating with external software vendors and system integrators
  • Experience supporting global or multi-site deployments
  • Functional expertise across procurement, sourcing, supplier collaboration, supplier lifecycle management and risk, and SAP Business Network with Commerce Automation
  • Experience with SAP Ariba Buying/Guided Buying, Catalog Management, Approval Workflows, Supplier Lifecycle Management & Risk Management, Spend Analytics and Taxonomy
  • Experience with SAP Business Network, Commerce Automation, Supplier Enablement, Supplier Collaboration, and Requisition-to-Purchase Order processes
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA Materials Management (MM) and integrations involving vendor/material master data, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipts, service entry sheets, invoice processing, and approval workflows
  • Experience with SAP Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG), SAP Business Network, OpenText VIM, SAP Datasphere, Spend Intelligence platforms, and Contract Lifecycle Management solutions
  • Experience leading SIT, UAT, regression testing, deployment planning, and SAP release assessments
