About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a key member of the HR Leadership Team, reporting to the CHRO
  • Develop strategy, implementation roadmaps, administration, communication and compliance for global total rewards programs
  • Lead Regal Rexnord’s global compensation and benefits functions
  • Assess the effectiveness and competitiveness of total rewards programs and navigate changing compliance requirements
  • Partner with the CHRO, CEO, HR Leadership Team and Executive Leadership Team to acquire, develop and retain a high-quality, diverse workforce
  • Lead and develop an internal team of three direct reports and supplement resources with outside vendors
  • Contribute to the Employee Value Proposition and evolve the Total Compensation philosophy
  • Develop total rewards communication strategies and oversee annual total rewards statements and executive long-term incentive communications
  • Evolve global job architecture and salary structure frameworks
  • Lead annual market data acquisition, competitive research, analysis, modeling and incentive design scenarios
  • Oversee annual merit award cycles, HRIS integration and compensation tools and systems
  • Oversee Vice President salary offers and adjustments and ensure pay compliance
  • Prepare Board and Compensation Committee materials and contribute to proxy Compensation Discussion & Analysis
  • Evolve global benefits strategy and oversee plan design, open enrollment, communications, education, audits, filings and administration
  • Oversee global mobility and immigration programs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required in Human Resources or related field
  • Master’s degree highly preferred
  • CEBS and/or CCP certification
  • 15 years of combined experience in global Compensation and Benefits
  • Strong practical experience and subject matter expertise in designing, developing and administering compensation and benefits programs
  • Significant hands-on experience with data analysis and global benchmarking
  • 5+ years of experience managing a team (direct and indirect)
  • Prior Compensation and Benefits experience in a decentralized global industrial manufacturing environment is a plus
  • Prior experience supporting Compensation and Benefits in a public company is a plus
  • Demonstrated experience providing coaching to Business leaders and Human Resources
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strong partnerships and influence resources outside one’s direct responsibility
  • Demonstrated ability to create and build strategically while maintaining willingness and ability to execute in a hands-on way
  • Ability to travel up to 20% domestically and globally
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, analytical, problem-solving and executive presence capabilities
