About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead strategy and execution of sales into large US health systems
- Analyze prospect challenges, goals, and competitive landscapes
- Develop tailored business cases demonstrating Regard's technology value
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and introductions through product demos, proposals, contracting, and legal support
- Manage a strategic portfolio of prospective enterprise accounts
- Drive sales activities to achieve targets and cultivate long-term provider relationships
- Acquire, develop, and grow opportunities and accounts independently
- Conduct deep discovery and position Regard as a trusted strategic partner
- Advance deals through intentional meeting preparation and purposeful engagement
- Project manage the entire buyer journey
- Build consensus among financial and clinical leadership
- Lead strategic conversations with executive decision makers
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Sales leadership to refine sales processes and collateral
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience selling software to major health systems with $800M+ in net patient revenue
- Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle
- Experience engaging C-suite executives, including CFO, CMIO, COO, and CIO, plus VP of Revenue Cycle and Director-level decision makers
- Experience selling novel healthcare technology and products that improve clinical efficiency and patient safety
- Ability to build tailored business cases and multithread across executive stakeholders
- Located within 50 miles of a major airport and willing to travel 30% of the time
- Authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship
- Located within a metropolitan area
- Knowledge of revenue cycle and/or AI-driven clinical co-pilot technologies in healthcare preferred
- Background selling software for documentation, patient safety, CDI, revenue cycle, and/or clinical workflows preferred
- Proven success in a high-growth startup environment, with early-stage experience strongly preferred
- Existing C-suite relationships within health systems preferred
- Successful completion of a background check
