About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide inbound telephone and written support to private energy customers
Assist with supplier switching and master data maintenance
Handle billing inquiries and meter readings
Advise customers on energy contracts, tariffs, and monthly advance payments
Complete three weeks of paid, full-time training
Work a three-shift schedule Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Previous experience in a call center or customer service required
Ideally, experience in energy projects and supplier switching
Enjoy interacting with customers and providing advice by phone
Confident using PC applications such as Teams, Outlook, and web browsers; SAP experience is a plus
Very good German language skills (C1 level)
Must reside in Germany
Career changers are not eligible; relevant professional experience is required
Willingness to work 40 hours per week on a five-day schedule and in a three-shift system Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m.
