About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- First point of contact for questions about energy contracts, including payment installments, meter readings, data maintenance, invoices, and contracts
- Provide information to residential customers by phone and in writing
- Advise customers on tariffs and contracts
- Deliver professional customer service for leading German energy and telecommunications companies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of professional experience
- Call center experience, preferably on an energy project
- Experience in customer consulting and tariff advisory
- Flexible and able to work across different tasks
- Reliable and able to work independently on a full-time basis
- Very good written and spoken German (C1 level)
- Confident use of standard PC applications
- Career changers are not accepted
