About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide inbound first-level support to existing customers
  • Provide technical customer support for TV, telephone, and internet issues
  • Offer needs-based product advice and optimize contracts
  • Identify sales opportunities in every call
  • Complete a three-week paid training program on a fixed early-shift schedule
  • Work a two-shift schedule Monday through Sunday between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m.
  • Work every other weekend, with time off in lieu during the week

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least one year of call center experience, ideally in technical service within the telecommunications industry
  • At least one year of sales experience, with a consistent track record of meeting sales targets
  • Willingness to reliably work the stated hours
  • No secondary employment
  • Very good German language skills (C1 level)
  • Residence in Germany
  • Career changers are not eligible; experienced support and sales professionals are sought
